How to reserve our restaurants
Reservation available online only. We do not accept reservations made by telephone or in-person.
Steps to reserve

Reserve via the form of the restaurant you wish to visit.

Check vacancies.

Fill in required information and proceed by clicking on “To confirmation page”.

Check reservation details and click on “Confirm”.

Reservation completion page is displayed.

You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details from TableCheck.
- Reservation is considered complete when the reservation completion page is displayed.
- Confirmation email will be sent from the domain「@tablecheck.com」. Please check your email box parameters to ensure email reception。
- Confirmation email will be sent automatically from a computer. Please make sure your email box parameters allow reception of messages from computer emails domains.
- Personal information you filled upon reservation will be used to contact you in case of cancellation due to weather conditions, unavoidable modification, etc.

Cancellation & modification
- You can cancel or modify your reservation on the “Reservation confirmation page” of TableCheck. You can find the link to that page in the confirmation email sent to you.
- We do not accept cancellations or modifications by telephone.
Other
- There is no limit to the number of reservations.
- Reservation is possible on the same month than your visit if there are vacancies.
- We kindly ask that our children guests be 10 years old and above. Please refrain from visits accompanied by infants.
- We might ask you to share a table with other guests depending on vacancies that day. For reservations of 5 people and more, guests may be asked to sit at several tables. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
- We kindly ask our guests to respect the following dress code: “smart casual”.
- There is no parking area on campus. Please use public transportation to visit us.
