京都の料理教室「ラキャリエール クッキングスクール」ブログ

学校法人大和学園では日本食・食文化振興協議会から委託を受け、

「日本食・食文化普及人材育成支援事業」のサポートを行っております。

この事業は日本料理に関する知識及び調理技能を向上していただき、

日本食・食文化及び日本産品の魅力発信のための先導的役割を担い、

日本の食関連事業者等が海外展開をする際に現地でのパートナーとなり得る人材へと育成するための取組です。



今年度は10名の研修生をお迎えし、8月23日（金）に京都調理師専門学校で入校式を開催しました。

研修生はアメリカ、ハンガリー、ポーランド、コスタリカ、インドなど様々な国で料理人として活躍されている方々です。

これから京都調理師専門学校で技術研修を行い、終了時に日本料理の調理技能認定（シルバーメダル、ブロンズメダル）

を受けられるようしっかりとサポートさせていただきます。

 

TheTaiwa Gakuen is entrusted by the Japanese Cuisine and Food Culture Promotion Council to support the

“Japanese Cuisine and Dietary Culture Human Resource Development Program”

This project aims to enhance knowledge and culinary skills related to Japanese cuisine,

taking on a leading role in promoting the appeal of Japanese food culture and Japanese products.

It also seeks to develop individuals who can become local partners when Japanese food-related businesses expand overseas.

This year, we welcomed ten trainees, and on Friday, August 23rd, an entrance ceremony was held at the Kyoto Culinary Arts College.
