  2. I decided to study confectionery in Kyoto because of its so many long-established stores.

When I was in junior high school, I ate a Japanese-style shortcake. It was so delicious that I decided to study confectionery in Japan. I was also interested in Japanese sweets, so I decided to study in Kyoto, where many long-established stores exist. It was my first time to come to Kyoto alone, so I was a bit nervous, but the teachers and classmates at the school are very kind, and I'm happy that I have made a lot of friends.
After graduation, I want to hone my skills at a Western confectionery store. In the future, I would like to open a sweets store in Taiwan that uses Japanese ingredients.
